1 Review on “Watson Power Washing LLC”
I had a very disappointing experience with Watson Power Washing LL’s gutter-cleaning service.
I paid to have my gutters cleaned, but within two days I noticed clear signs that one gutter was still clogged. I contacted Watson Power Washing LL and simply asked them to come back and recheck that one gutter. Instead of addressing the issue, I received excuse after excuse about why they should not have to return.
They eventually agreed to come back on Sunday between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, but he/they never showed up and did not contact me.
I texted them again the following morning to follow up, but my messages were unable to be delivered. I am not sure whether his phone service was disconnected or whether I had been blocked, but either way, I was unable to contact him/them.
I paid for a gutter-cleaning service and expected the job to be completed properly, or at the very least, for the problem to be checked when I raised a concern. The lack of follow-through, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Watson Power Washing LL.
