Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Renovation Room account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Choose either option below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open The Renovation Room app and sign in.
- Tap the Account tab, then Support.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
Your login is disabled immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email admin@therenovationroom.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile and personal information (name, email, phone, saved addresses) from our active systems, and disables your login immediately. Submitted project requests are unpublished or anonymized. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or bookkeeping purposes (for example, payment records), which we delete when no longer required.
RRCA Contractor members: deleting your app account does not cancel a paid membership subscription — contact us at the email above and we will handle both together.
