Estimates & Invoices — an add-on to your Renovation Room membership
Win the lead, message the homeowner, send the estimate, get it signed, invoice the job — all in one place, from your phone or your desk.
How it works
- Start from the project. In the app, open any project you’re interested in and tap Create an Estimate — the customer’s name, contact details and the job location are already filled in. On the website, start a new estimate and pick the customer from your RR conversations.
- Draft the line items with AI (app). Get 4 to 12 suggested lines with price ranges, built from the project details, public cost guides and your own price list. Every line is a suggestion until you set the price. We never show you — or anyone — other members’ pricing.
- Send it. Your customer gets an email with a private link to a clean estimate that carries your business name and logo.
- They sign it. From that email, the customer types their name, can draw a signature, reviews the total and submits. You get an email — and a push alert in the app — the moment it’s accepted or declined.
- Invoice and get paid. One tap turns the accepted estimate into an invoice. Record deposits and payments as they come in.
What you get

Founding member offer
Members who add Estimates & Invoices during the launch window pay the founding price of $7 a month for as long as they keep the add-on — it never goes up. (Cancel and rejoin later and the regular price applies.) The regular price is $9 a month or $79 a year. Approved RR Ambassadors get it included.

Questions
Is my pricing shared with other contractors?
No. Your price list and your documents are yours. The AI assistant only ever sees your own history plus public cost guides — never another member’s numbers — and it always shows ranges you decide on.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open the estimate from the email, review it and sign. Nothing to install. (The link you text them is for viewing; signing happens from the emailed link, so we can record who signed.)
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. Everything you created stays available to view, share and settle.
Do I need the app?
The website has the full editor, sending, e-signature, conversion to invoice and payment tracking. The AI line-item draft and one-tap Create an Estimate from a project are app features today.
How is the e-signature recorded?
The customer types their name, can draw a signature, confirms they reviewed the estimate and agree to sign electronically, then submits. We record who signed, when, and from which email address, and the signature stays on the document. Before signing, every customer sees a consumer-rights reminder linking to the Illinois Attorney General’s Home Repair page — it does not replace the pamphlet and signed acknowledgment Illinois requires you to give on jobs over $1,000, and an accepted estimate is not a substitute for the written contract Illinois requires on those jobs. As always, talk to your own attorney about your contracts.
